14-Day Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery, to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Fujiiryoki Massage Chair within this period.

Return Policy – Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your product meets the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging, without traces of use.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear and tear, damage, or misuse.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt/invoice.
  • The cost of retuns of the masage chairs are covered by the customers.
  • Effective cost will be calculated according to distance to our warehouse.
  • Return price can’t be fixed as each delivery is made to different location.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including arranging for the pickup or return of the product.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Please note that if the product presents scratches, technical issues, or any other damages, it will not be considered for return.

Note: Not all products are eligible for return.

  • Products that are a matter of hygiene make the product non-returnable, even a massage chair with foot support.
  • Massage chairs that have been tested in the showroom or sold directly from the showroom are not refundable unless there is a technical fault.
  • Massage chairs sold at very low prices, discounted at the lowest price, are not eligible for return.
  • Massage chairs that have been damaged intentionally, scratched can’t be returned.

Payment Return:

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to credit the refund to your account.

Restocking Fee

Please be aware that a restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or for returns initiated after the 14-day window. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Fee processed by Credit Card are not refundable. It is a cost that goes to third party, respectively the company the is processing the payments.
