All orders are processed on the same day and delivered by our transport company. In exceptional situations or high demand, international postal companies may be used, and customers will be informed of the chosen transport company. Fujiiryoki ensures the transportation of products in good condition to the customer’s door. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Our logistics platform handles the transport.

Delivery Time:

Typically, delivery takes 2-3 working days if massage chairs are in stock. If not in stock, customers will be informed of the expected delivery date. All delivery-related information will be communicated through email, WhatsApp, or telephone contact. Customers can also contact us for shipping updates.

Return Policy: is dedicated to providing customers with the exact products seen on our website and assisting them in choosing the best massage product for their health needs. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. If a customer decides to return a product after the trial period, a return fee of 170 pounds for shipping will be covered by the customer. Please note that the massage chair must be returned in its original box, without damage or scratches.
