Delivery Information:
We prioritize fast delivery, offering FREE shipping to mainland Europe and the UK (excluding islands where an additional tax may apply). All orders are processed on the same day and delivered by our transport company. In exceptional situations or high demand, international postal companies may be used, and customers will be informed of the chosen transport company. Fujiiryoki ensures the transportation of products in good condition to the customer’s door. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Our logistics platform handles the transport.

Typically, delivery takes 2-3 working days if massage chairs are in stock. If not in stock, customers will be informed of the expected delivery date. Return Policy:

If a customer decides to return a product after the trial period, a return fee of 170 pounds for shipping will be covered by the customer.
